摘要
肱骨髁间骨折为肘关节常见的严重损伤,大多数为粉碎性骨折,闭合复位困难且疗效不佳,切开复位尚未有最佳内固定方式导致使术后关节功能恢复不佳、骨不连或畸形愈合时有发生。目前有多种手术入路及内固定方法可供选择,但尚无明确最佳治疗方案。
Humeral condylar fractures which is related to the fracture of the distal humerus and elbow mostly are comminuted fractures. Closed reduction is not proper treatment options. Open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of humeral condylar fractures may lead to poor joint rehabilitation, disunion or malunion. So far, there are a variety of surgical approach and the choice of fracture fixation, however the best option has not been found yet.
