肩肘关节创伤：进步与问题并存 被引量：3

摘要 本期是以“肩肘关节创伤”为主要内容的重点号。发表文章涉及肱骨近端骨折的手术治疗及并发症分析，肱骨髁间骨折治疗及桡骨头骨折合并尺侧副韧带损伤等相关内容。对于复杂的肩肘关节损伤，虽然近年来提出了许多新的观点，治疗效果上也取得了一定的进步，但仍有一些临床问题有待解决。如何正确评估损伤，合理制订手术方案，并尽可能地避免术后并发症的发生，以获得良好的临床疗效，是外科治疗复杂肩肘关节创伤中的热点课题。结合本期相关内容，笔者着重介绍以下几个方面。
