摘要 PINCH蛋白是包含五个LIM结构域的衔接蛋白,在细胞增殖、粘附、迁移、基质聚积、细胞内信号转导等过程中具有重要的作用。近年来研究发现,PINCH-1蛋白与肾脏固有细胞行为的调节密切相关,很可能在慢性肾脏病的发病机制中起着关键的作用。而糖尿病肾病(DKD)是慢性肾脏病的主要疾病之一,在终末期肾功能衰竭中的死亡率持续上升。DKD发病机制的研究已成为防治糖尿病肾病的主要手段。本文就PINCH-1蛋白与糖尿病肾病的相关性研究作一简单阐述。 Particulary interesting new cysteine-histicline rich protein(PINCH) is an adaptor protein, consisting of five LIM domains. It plays an important role in the process of cell proliferation, adhesion, migration, matrix accumulation, intracellular signal transduction and so on. In recent years, studies have found PINCH-1 is closely related to the regulation of the renal residential cell behavior, it is likely to play a key role in the pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease. While diabetic kidney disease(DKD) is one of the major diseases of chronic kidney disease, its mortality rates in end stage renal disease continued to rise. Study on the pathogenesis of DKD has become the major means of prevention and treatment of DKD. In this paper, we summarized the relationship between PINCH-1 and DKD simply.
