摘要
自2008年开始,志愿者在我国各个领域扮演着越来越重要的角色。尤其是在近年来国内博物馆事业的发展中,志愿者也发挥着越来越重要的作用。通过国内博物馆志愿者现状研究发现,与国外和我国台湾地区博物馆相比,我国大陆地区博物馆志愿者作用仍然有限。与国家经济发展状况相适应,随着博物馆间竞争增加等环境因素的改变,志愿者对于博物馆的作用会不断扩大。博物馆志愿者管理需从适用范围和招募方式、培训内容、福利保障等方面进行细化管理,并形成一套较为完善的志愿者管理制度,为进一步发挥志愿者作用提供制度化保障。
The volunteers have played a more and more important role in various fields of China since 2008, especially in the development of museums. However, after the comparing with the foreign museums or museums in Taiwan and the current situation research of volunteers in mainland museums, it is found that the volunteers in mainland museums still perform few functions. Appropriate to the national economic development and more completions among museums, volunteers will make a vast difference in museums. Volunteer management in museums could be refined in the following aspects, such as the sphere of application, recruitment methods, training course, welfare and security system and so on. A more perfect volunteer management system is possible to provide institutional protection for the functions of volunteers.
