摘要
以重庆市开展未成年人志愿服务的30家公共图书馆、博物馆和科技馆为调研对象,从公共文化服务机构未成年人志愿者管理情况和未成年人志愿者对机构管理的评价两个维度进行调查分析,总结公共文化服务机构未成年人志愿者管理现状和存在的问题,提出针对性对策及建议,以期对构建未成年人志愿者管理的长效机制提供参考。
This paper takes 30 public libraries,museums and museums of science and technology providing underage volunteer service in Chongqing as the target of the investigation to make the investigation and analysis from two dimensions:public cultural service institutions management of underage volunteers and underage volunteers management and evaluation.Moreover,this paper also summarizes the current situation and existing problems in the management of underage volunteers in public cultural service venues of Chongqing and puts forward specific countermeasures and recommendations,hopes to provide reference for the underage volunteer management to build a long-term mechanism.
