摘要
为了给予女性科研工作者更大程度的支持,国家自然科学基金委员会早在2010年就明确提出了'在各类项目评审中,注意把握在同等条件下女性科研人员优先的资助政策',也出台了许多支持女性科研人员的具体政策。然而,在国家杰出青年科学基金项目(以下简称'杰青项目')的评审中,关于年龄限制条件的政策依然存在可以调整的空间。本文从实现更为合理的杰青项目男女人数比例的视角出发,通过统计分析指出:在现行政策下,将女性申请杰青项目的年龄限制放宽3年,可以为女性科研工作者带来更加公平的竞争机会和更好的发展支持。
In order to give female researchers a greater degree of support,the National Natural Science Foundation of China clearly stated in 2010 that'In the various project evaluations,attention to the priority funding policies for female researchers under the same conditions'.Many specific policies that support female researchers were also promulgated.However,in the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars,there is still room for adjustment regarding the policy of age restrictions.From the perspective of realizing a more reasonable proportion of men and women in the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars project,it is statistically calculated that the age limit for women applying for the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars project should be relaxed for 3 years under the current policy,which will bring more fair competition opportunities and better development support to female researchers.
