摘要
为加强甘肃省青年科技人才培养,促进青年科技人才成长,培养一批国家层面的学术带头人,建设甘肃省高层次人才队伍而设立甘肃省杰出青年基金。文章通过回顾国家和甘肃省设立杰出青年科学基金的背景,多角度分析2011—2021年批复立项建设的甘肃省杰出青年基金项目现状和存在问题,深刻分析产生问题的原因,并就下一步做好基金项目资助提出建议,研究结果可为科技管理部门提供决策支撑,为依托单位今后选拔推荐优秀青年提供参考。
In order to strengthen the cultivation of young scientific and technological talents in Gansu Province,promote the growth of young scientific and technological talents,cultivate a group of academic leaders at the national level,and build a high-level talent team in Gansu Province,the Gansu Provincial Fund Distinguished Young Scholars is established.By reviewing the background of the establishment of Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars by China and Gansu Province,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the Gansu Provincial Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars approved for construction from 2011 to 2021 from multiple perspectives,deeply analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward suggestions on how to do a good job in the fund project support in the next step.The research results can provide decision-making support for the science and technology management department,and provide reference for the supporting units to select and recommend outstanding youth in the future.
