摘要
依托地方普通高等学校开展定向培养士官工作,作为培养军事专业人才、进一步推进军民融合的一个新机制,有利于将地方优势资源转化为军队优势,加快培养军队现代化建设需要的高素质士官人才。以浙江省首家定向培养士官院校浙江交通职业技术学院为例,探析中国优秀传统文化融入定向培养士官教育路径,提升定向培养士官生综合素质,培养德智体美劳全面发展的优秀人才。
Relying on local colleges and universities to carry out Oriented Training of Sergeant,as a new mechanism for training military professionals and further promoting civil-military integration,is conducive to transforming local superior resources into military superiority and speeding up the training of high-quality officers required for the modernization of the army.Taking Zhejiang Institute of Communications as an example,this paper explores the way of integrating Chinese excellent traditional culture into Oriented Training of Sergeant,so as to improve the overall quality of sergeant students and cultivate excellent Sergeant talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty and labor.
