摘要
文章以兰州资源环境职业技术学院士官培养工作为例,从建立协同培养机制、管理保障标准、质量监控体系等方面提出定向培养士官人才的建议,旨在对同类院校士官培养工作及高职教育人才培养模式改革提供一定的借鉴。
Taking the practice in Lanzhou Resources and Environment Voc-Tech College as an example,this paper gives some suggestions on establishing collaborative cultivation mechanism,the criteria of management guarantee,and the system of quality control,which is of significance for training similar type of students.It also gives references to the reform of personnel cultivation mode in higher vocational colleges.
