摘要
在我国高等教育普及化的背景下,高校毕业生的人数、质量和去向等问题日益受到关注,对其进行跟踪分析具有重要价值。欧洲高等教育毕业生调查致力于满足本地区社会发展的迫切需求,依托政策驱动监督分析模式,围绕过渡、就业、质量及流动性等主题,针对第三级教育中学士和硕士阶段的毕业生开展追踪研究,并力图在技术、资金和组织等方面予以充足的保障。借鉴欧洲经验,我国的毕业生调查也应在持续跟进、突出重点以及寻求支持等方面予以加强。
Under the background of higher education popularization,the number,quality and employment of graduates are increasingly concerned by the public,and it is of great value to track and analyze them.The European Higher Education Graduates Survey is dedicated to meeting the urgent needs of social development in the region.It relies on a policy-driven monitoring and analysis model to track the bachelor and master graduates of tertiary education around topics such as transition,employment,quality and mobility,and it strives to provide adequate protection in terms of technology,funding and organization.Learning from the European experience,graduates survey in China should also be strengthened in sustaining tracking,highlighting priority and seeking support.
