摘要
2018年,吉林市入选第二批国家创新型试点城市。为加速创新型城市建设,文章从人才政策驱动创新、企业政策驱动创新、产业政策驱动创新以及环境政策驱动创新等方面梳理了吉林市科技创新政策,对科技政策制定与实施过程中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的优化建议。
In 2018,Jilin was selected as the second batch of national innovative pilot cities in order to accelerate the construction of innovative cities.From the aspects of talent policy-driven innovation,enterprise policy-driven innovation,industrial policy-driven innovation and environmental policy-driven innovation,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development and implementation of science and technology policy,and puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions.
