摘要
目的:观察浮针与药物在治疗急性结石性肾绞痛的疗效差异,验证浮针对急性结石性肾绞痛的临床疗效。方法:90例结石性肾绞痛患者随机分为浮针组、山莨菪碱组和杜冷丁组,每组各30例,于进针或用药30 min后观察比较各组临床疗效、起效时间及并发症情况。结果:浮针组总有效率为93. 33%,山莨菪碱组为60%,杜冷丁组为90%,浮针组与杜冷丁组疗效相当(P> 0. 05),两组均优于山莨菪碱组(均P <0. 05);浮针组起效时间为(11. 90±3. 14) min,与山莨菪碱组(22. 73±3. 03) min和杜冷丁组(21. 17±2. 05) min相比明显较快(均P <0. 05)。浮针组发生不良反应率较其余两组明显减少(均P <0. 05)。结论:在急性结石性肾绞痛治疗中使用浮针治疗镇痛效果优良,止痛迅速,不良反应少,且操作简单,值得临床推广运用。
Objective: To observe the efficacy difference between Fu’s subcutaneous needling( FSN) and medication in the treatment of acute renal colic due to calculus,and to verify the clinical efficacy of FSN treating acute renal colic. Methods: 90 cases of acute renal colic were randomly divided into the FSN group( n = 30),the Anisodamine group( n = 30),and the Dolantin group( n = 30). The clinical curative effect,onset time and complications were observed 30 minutes after needling or medication. Results: In terms of the total effective rate,it was 93. 33% in the FSN group,60% in the Anisodamine group,and 90% in the Dolantin group;the effect of the FSN group was similar to that of the Dolantin group( P > 0. 05);these two groups were superior to the Anisodamine group( P < 0. 05). The onset time of the FSN group was( 11. 90 ± 3. 14) min,which was significantly faster than( 22. 73 ± 3. 03) min of the Anisodamine group and( 21. 17 ± 2. 05) min of the Dolatin group( P < 0. 05). The occurrence of adverse reactions in the FSN group was significantly lower than that in the other two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The analgesia of FSN in the treatment of acute renal colic due to calculus is effective and rapid,with its less adverse reactions and simple operation,which is worthy of clinical application.
