摘要
目的分析在上尿路结石并肾绞痛治疗中应用芍药甘草加金钱草汤治疗的临床效果。方法择取2016年1月~2017年10月本院收治的106例上尿路结石并肾绞痛患者,随机将所选患者分成对照组和研究组,所选患者均采用体外冲击波碎石治疗,对照组术后行西医常规治疗,研究组术后在西医常规治疗基础上加用芍药甘草加金钱草汤治疗,对两组患者的临床效果进行分析和比较。结果研究组临床总有效率为86.79%,对照组临床总有效率为62.26%,研究组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组首次排石时间比对照组早,肾绞痛发生次数比对照组少(P<0.05);治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月,研究组结石排净率均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论在上尿路结石并肾绞痛治疗中应用芍药甘草加金钱草汤治疗不仅可以提高结石清除率,还可以缓解肾绞痛症状,具有显著临床价值,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of peony, licorice and Herba Lysimachia in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi and renalcolic. Methods 106 cases of upper urinary calculi and renal colic were selected from January 2016 to October 2017. The patients were randomlydivided into the control group and the study group. The selected patients were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. The control groupwas treated with western medicine after operation. The study group added peony Gump on the basis of routine western medicine treatment. The clinicaleffect of the two groups of patients was analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate in the study group was 86.79%, the total effectiverate in the control group was 62.26%, the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The first time of the study group was earlier than the control group, and the number of renal colic occurred less than the control group （P〈0.05）; thestudy group was 1 months, 2 months and 3 months after treatment. The rate of stone removal was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of upper urinary calculi and renal colic, the treatment of Radix Paeoniae and liquorice can not only improve the stoneclearance rate, but also relieve the symptoms of renal colic. It has significant clinical value and is worth popularizing.
