摘要
高等教育援疆是党中央振兴新疆的重大举措。以浙江高等教育援疆工作的重点高校——新疆大学科学技术学院阿克苏校区为研究样本,总结浙江高等教育援疆工作的成功经验,通过调查问卷分析援疆工作存在的不足,提出改进建议:一是建立健全规范化、合理化的师资培养机制;二是推进智库援疆模式的实施,继续推进"学科组团式援疆";三是加强学科建设与专业建设;四是规范与加强学院的各项管理工作;五是推进校园文化建设。
Supporting Xinjiang’s tertiary education is a significant action of the State Council to revitalize Xinjiang’s development. Taking the College of Science and Technology(Aksu Campus), Xinjiang University, a key object of Zhejiang’s tertiary education support to Xinjiang, as the research sample, we first summarize the successful experience and then propose some improvement suggestions according to the shortcomings reflected from the result analysis of questionnaires: first, to establish a sound, standard and appropriate teacher training system;second, to promote the implement of the think-tank support mode and further advance the 'discipline group support';third, to strengthen the discipline and major construction;fourth, to standardize and improve the various management works of the colleges and schools;fifth, to promote the construction of campus culture.
