摘要
本文以第十二届全运会竞技太极拳为例,通过文献资料法、数理统计法、访谈法以及录像观察等研究方法,对竞技太极拳技术发展状况及其相应的训练对策进行比较分析研究,阐明竞技太极拳在动作质量、演练水平和难度动作方面的技术发展现状,旨在为竞技太极拳竞技水平的提高提供参考和借鉴。
This paper takes competitive taijiquan (tai chi chuan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing) at the Twelfth National Games as an example to make a comparative study and analysis on the technique development status and the corresponding training strategy of competitive taijiquan with the application of literature and data method, mathematical statistics method, interview method, video observation method along with other research methods. By expounding the technique development status of competitive taijiquan from the aspects of movement quality, performance level and element of difficulty, it aims to provide a reference for the improvement of competitive level of competitive taijiquan.
