摘要
跳远是田径运动中比较重要的一种运动,也是世界最古老的竞技项目之一。本文根据现代世界跳远运动的技术发展现状,运用文献资料法和分析法,从跳远的起源和发展历史进行研究分析,总结出了现代世界跳远的发展情况以及在训练上的一些特点,并对未来世界跳远运动的发展前景作出展望。
Athletics long jump is more important in a sport,but also the world's oldest sports projects. Based on the modern world long jump sport technology development status,the use of literature and analysis,from the long jump history of the origin and development research and analysis,summed up the development of the modern world long jump as well as some of the features in training,and the future development of the world long jump prospected.
