摘要
急性肺损伤是全身性炎症反应的肺部表现,严重时进展为急性呼吸窘迫综合征,甚至死亡。急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征的主要病理表现为肺内大量中性粒细胞聚集和肺泡-毛细血管屏障破坏。"中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网"作为中性粒细胞免疫功能的新机制,可在胞外捕获、杀伤病原体,但也参与众多炎症、自身免疫疾病的发生。急性肺损伤时,"中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网"的产生及其与血小板和炎症介质等的相互作用,可能直接影响急性肺损伤的严重程度。
Acute lung injury is a pulmonary manifestations of systemic inflammation response syndrome,leading to severe acute respiratory distress synndrome, even death. The main pathological characteristics of acute lung injury / acute respiratory distress synndrome are large mounts of neutrophil aggregation and alveolar-capillary barrier damage. 'Neutrophil extracellular traps'is a new mechanism of neutrophils to capture and kill extracellular pathogens. Besides performing immune function,NETs are also involved in the pathogenesis of many inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. 'Neutrophil extracellular traps',as well as its interactions with platelets and inflammatory mediators,might directly determine the severity of acute lung injury.
