摘要
目的分析‘V-Y’法内眦赘皮矫正术的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析48例单睑伴内眦赘皮手术的患者资料,单双号处理模式下划入参照组和研究组(n=24)。参照组应用park法重睑成形术+Z成形术矫正治疗,研究组实施park法重睑成形术+‘V-Y’法内眦赘皮矫正术。对比入选患者的症状治疗情况,是否发生并发症,及其治疗满意率。结果术后研究组并发症发生率、护理满意度均优于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗前测评分数未见明显差距,治疗后研究组患者的疤痕量表测评分数大幅度下降,差距对比包含统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论‘V-Y’法内眦赘皮矫正术的临床应用,可控制患者并发症的出现,患者较为认可治疗模式,适合于临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical application of'V-Y'epicanthoplasty.Methods 48 cases of single eyelid treated with epicanthoplasty were analyzed retrospectively in this study.They were divided into a control group(n=24)and an observation group(n=24)by their odd and even number respectively.The patients in the control group were treated with Park double-lid blepharoplasty combined with Z-plasty correction while the patients in the observation group were treated with Park double-lid blepharoplasty combined with'V-Y'epicanthoplasty.The symptoms,complication rate,and satisfaction rate with treatment of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results Firstly,the complication rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group after surgery were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Secondly,there was no significant difference in assessment scores between the two groups before treatment.However the score of the scar scales in the observation group decreased more significantly after treatment than that in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of'V-Y'epicanthoplasty can control the occurrence of complications of the patients and it is accepted by patients.Therefore,it is suitable for clinical promotion.
