摘要
目的分析改良“Y-V”成形术矫正手术治疗内眦赘皮患者的效果。方法选取我院2019年2月至2021年1月内眦赘皮患者85例,根据手术方案不同分为观察组(n=43)、对照组(n=42),对照组行不等Z成形术,观察组行改良“Y-V”成形术矫正手术,比较2组术前及术后1个月内眦赘皮参数变化、瘢痕情况(VSS)、复发率。结果术后1个月观察组倾斜度与术前比较无明显差异(P>0.05),对照组倾斜度低于术前(P<0.05);术后1个月2组眼裂角、眦内间距均低于术前(P<0.05);术后1个月观察组倾斜度大于对照组(P<0.05),内眦间距小于对照组(P<0.05),眼裂角与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05);术后1个月、3个月、6个月2组VSS评分均无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组复发率0.00%(0/43)与对照组4.76%(2/42)无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论改良“Y-V”成形术治疗内眦赘皮患者,可有效改善眼部形态,预防睑裂宽度回缩,术后瘢痕不明显,且复发率低。
Objective To analyze the effect of modified"Y-V"angioplasty in the treatment of patients with epicanthus.Methods 85 patients with epicanthal epidermis in our hospital from February 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=42)according to different surgical plans.The control group received unequal Z formation,the observation group underwent modified"Y-V"plastic surgery to correct the surgery.The changes of canthus epidermal parameters,scar condition(VSS),and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups before and within 1 month after surgery.Results There was no significant difference between the inclination of the observation group and the preoperative one month after the operation(P>0.05),and the inclination of the control group was lower than that before the operation(P<0.05);1 month after the operation,the 2 groups of eye cleft angle and intracanthal The distances were lower than before operation(P<0.05);the oblique angle of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05),the inner canthus distance was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the eye split angle was not significantly different from that of the control group.Difference(P>0.05);1 month,3 months,and 6 months after surgery,there was no significant difference in VSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);the recurrence rate of the observation group was 0.00%(0/43)and the control group was 4.76%(2/42)No significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The modified"Y-V"plastic surgery for the treatment of epicanthal epidermis can effectively improve the shape of the eye,prevent the width of the palpebral fissure from shrinking,the postoperative scar is not obvious,and the recurrence rate is low.
