摘要
随着社会经济的迅猛发展,市场竞争日益激烈,企业对于人才的需求日益加大。现代社会的竞争归根于底是人才的竞争、科技的竞争,为此企业在面对外部激烈竞争的过程中应该加大对内部的治理,并充分的利用人力资源,将其转化为生产效益,从而实现企业的高效运行。本文将从多个方面详细分析企业人力资源经济管理模式,以期促进我国企业人力资源的长效发展。
With the rapid development of social economy and the increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises are increasingly demanding talents. Competition in modern society is in the final analysis the competition of talents and science and technology, therefore, enterprises should strengthen internal governance in the face of fierce external competition, and make full use of human resources to transform them into production benefits, so as to achieve efficient operation of enterprises. This paper will make a detailed analysis of the economic management mode of enterprise human resources from many aspects in order to promote the long-term development of enterprise human resources in China.
