摘要
目的研究分析中医特色护理在痰喘散穴位敷贴治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽过程中的作用和对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院自2017年2月至2018年3月收治的90例小儿肺炎喘嗽患者作为本次临床研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组(n=45)与观察组(n=45),所有患儿均以痰喘散穴位敷贴进行治疗,其中对照组患儿在治疗中行常规护理,观察组则行中医特色护理,对比观察两组间患儿经护理后的作用与对生活质量的影响。结果观察组患儿经护理后,其临床疗效高于对照组,且发热、气促忌咳嗽等症状的积分低于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿肺炎喘嗽患者在行痰喘散穴位敷贴治疗中给予中医特色护理干预,能够提高临床治疗效果,并缓解其发热、气促忌咳嗽等症状,值得广泛应用。
Objective To study the role of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the treatment of children with pneumonia and asthma and the effect on the quality of life of patients with pneumonia. Methods A total of 90 children with pneumonia and asthma in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into control group(n=45) and observation group(n=45). All the children were treated with Qichuansan acupoint application. The children in the control group underwent routine nursing during the treatment. The observation group underwent the special nursing of traditional Chinese medicine. The effects of the nursing and the quality of life between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the children in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the scores of symptoms such as fever and qi stagnation and cough were lower than those in the control group. The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The special nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia and asthma patients can improve the clinical treatment effect and alleviate the symptoms such as fever, qi and avoid cough, which is worthy of wide application.
