摘要
目的对腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术的围手术期护理效果以及并发症发生率进行分析和讨论。方法将本院2016年1月至2017年12月接收的进行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者90例纳入至本次研究中,根据不同护理方式完成平均分组,分别是45例,对照组采取常规护理,研究组则接受围手术期护理,对两组护理效果以及并发症发生率进行对比。结果在离床活动时间、输液时间以及肛门排气时间方面,研究组较对照组更低,差异呈统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手术时间以及术中出血量与对照组无显著差异,统计学无意义(P>0.05);在并发症发生率方面,对照组是20%,研究组是4.44%,研究组较对照组更低,差异统计学意义成立(P<0.05)。结论在进行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术期间,应用围手术期护理,不仅可以缩短离床活动时间以及输液时间,同时也能够避免并发症的发生,在临床中值得不断采纳和推广。
Objective To analyze and discuss the perioperative nursing effect and complication rate of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.Methods Ninety patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy from January 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled in the study. The average grouping was 45 according to different nursing methods.The control group received routine care, and the study group received perioperative care to compare the effectiveness of the two groups and the incidence of complications.Results In the time of bedtime, infusion time and anal exhaust time, the study group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The operation time and intraoperative blood loss of the study group were not significantly different from the control group, statistically meaningless(P>0.05). In the incidence of complications, the control group was 20%, and the study group was 4.44%. The study group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy, perioperative nursing can not only shorten the time of bedtime and infusion time, but also avoid complications. It is worthy of continuous adoption and promotion in clinical practice.
