摘要
目的探讨基于人性化理念的放松疗法对卵巢囊肿剥除术患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2017年1月妇科卵巢囊肿剥除术患者150例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为2组,每组75例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用基于人性化理念的放松疗法,比较2组治疗依从性的差异。结果研究组治疗依从率明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。护理前,2组生理心理应激反应指标比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),护理后,研究组上述指标明显低于护理前与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。研究组并发症率明显低于对照组,护理满意率明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。护理前,2组认知功能、社会功能、躯体功能、情绪功能与角色功能QLQC-30评分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),护理后,研究组上述评分明显高于护理前与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论基于人性化理念的放松疗法通过降低卵巢囊肿剥除术患者生理心理应激反应程度,从而明显改善治疗依从性,提升护理质量与生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of relaxation therapy based on humanized concept on treatment compliance in patients undergoing ovarian cystectomy.Methods A total of 150 patients who underwent ovarian cystectomy in Gynaecology Department of our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 75 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with conventional nursing,whereas those in experimental group,on the basis of control group,were treated with relaxation therapy based on humanized concept.The differences of treatment compliance were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance rate in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the indexes of physiological and psychological stress responses between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the indexes mentioned above in experimental group were significantly lower than those before nursing and those in control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in QLQC-30 scores of cognitive function,social function,somatic function,emotional function and role function between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores mentioned above in experimental group were significantly higher than those before nursing and those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The relaxation therapy based on humanized concept can significantly improve treatment compliance by reducing physiological and psychological stress response of patients with ovarian cystectomy,thereby significantly improving nursing quality and life quality.Therefore,it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
