摘要
目的使用川穹嗪对慢性肺源性心脏病心衰患者进行治疗,对其临床效果进行观察、分析。方法抽取我院自2011年1月至2016年3月收治的慢性肺源性心脏病心衰共120例,根据自愿原则,分为对照组和实验组各60例,对照组采用常规治疗方法进行治疗,实验组在采用常规治疗方法基础上,通过静脉滴注的方式给予川穹嗪。以14天为一个疗程,观察两组的治疗效果、血气分析情况、药物引发的不良反应。结果经过治疗后,总有效率方面,实验组为95%;对照组为75%;实验组显著比对照组优秀且P<0.05;在血气分析指标数据上,实验组明显优于对照组且具有统计学意义上的明显差异;治疗过程中实验组有2例患者出现轻微烦躁、面色潮红现象,未经处理自行消失。结论在对慢性肺源性心脏病心衰患者常规治疗基础上,使用川穹嗪进行治疗,能够明显提高患者的治疗有效率,且不良反应少,具有确定的治疗效果,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of the patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods From January 2011 to March 2016, a total of 120 cases of chronic cor pulmonale heart failure, according to the voluntary principle,each 60 cases were divided into control group and experimental group, control group treated with conventional treatment methods,based on the conventional treatment methods, treatment group given by intravenous drip of sichuan dome lamictal. Conclusion In the conventional treatment in patients with chronic cor pulmonale heart failure, based on the use of sichuan dome oxazine treatment, can significantly improve the treatment of patients with effective, and less adverse reaction, has a certain therapeutic effect, worthy of clinical use.
