摘要
目的对比分析远程实时心电监测仪与常规心电图在心血管疾病中的监测效果。方法选择我院收治的心血管疾病患者160例作为观察对象,收治时间为2016年9月至2017年8月,针对160例心血管疾病患者分别实施常规心电图监测及远程实时心电图监测,将常规心电图监测作为对照组,将远程实时心电监测作为实验组,观察两组进行心电图监测的各项指标的差异情况。结果对照组与实验组之间对比的心律失常检出率具有较为明显的差异(P<0.05),统计学有意义,但两种不同监测方式下患者的心率、PR间期、QRS时限、Ⅰ导联进行的P波振幅、T波振幅等不存在显著差异(P>0.05),统计学无意义。结论针对心血管疾病患者实施远程实时心电监测仪监测的效果较好,对于监测心律失常具有明显的意义。
Objective To compare the effect of remote real-time ECG monitor and conventional electrocardiogram(ECG) in cardiovascular disease. Methods 160 patients with cardiovascular disease were enrolled in this study. From September 2016 to August 2017, 160 patients with cardiovascular disease were treated with routine ECG monitoring and remote real-time ECG monitoring. ECG monitoring as a control group, remote real-time ECG monitoring as the experimental group to observe the two groups of ECG monitoring indicators of the differences. Results There was a significant difference in the detection rate of arrhythmia between the control group and the experimental group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in heart rate, PR interval, QRS duration, P wave amplitude and T wave amplitude between the two groups of monitoring methods(P>0.05). Conclusion It is of great significance to monitor the arrhythmia in patients with cardiovascular disease, and it is worthy to be used in clinical practice.
