摘要
目的通过与动态心电图检查记录的实时心电图比较,检验携带式远程实时心电检测仪(以下简称心电监测仪)临床应用的有效性、可靠性及记录波形的准确性。方法随机选取北京大学人民医院心内科住院患者36例,同时佩戴携带式远程实时心电检测仪和三导联动态心电图(MIC-DreamV5.3.60.10s.3)1h记录每位患者的心电数据进行比较。结果两组同一时间,P波时限,PR间期,QRS波时限,QT间期,RR间期数据比较无统计学差异(p>0.05)。心电监测仪组检干扰及伪差率小于动态心电图组。两组心律失常检出率相同,两种方法无显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论与动态心电图检查记录的实时心电图比较,检验携带式远程实时心电检测仪临床应用有效,并且能稳定的提供准确的实时心电图数据。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness, reliability and accuracy of waves recorded of the portable real-time remote electrocardiogram monitor, compared with ambulatory electrocardiogram monitoring. Methods Thirty-six hospitalized patients with arrhythmia were equipped with both the portable real-time ECG monitor (AKM-N1, Auko) and three-leading Hoher (MIC-Dream V5.3.60.10s.3).for l hour, and then compare the ECG data of each patients. Results There is no statistically significant difference (,0〉0.05) in P wave duration, PR interval, QRS complex duration, QT interval and RR interval between the two groups. Interference and pseudo rate of the ECG detector group is lower then that in the Holter group. There is no significant difference (p〈0.05) in detectable rate of arrhythmia between the two groups. Conclusions Compared with the ambulatory electrocardiogram monitoring, the portable real-time remote electrocardiogram monitor could be used in detecting cardiac arrhythmias.
