摘要
目的研究分析过敏性结膜炎泪膜改变与干眼症的关系。方法选取在我院进行诊治的62例过敏性结膜炎患者(定义为研究组),与同期在我院诊治的62例健康体检者(定义为对照组),全部入选对象均对其进行基础泪液分泌检查、泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光染色检查与泪河线高度检查等,观察分析组间研究对象的检查结果。结果全部研究对象的检查均完成后,对组间的泪膜破裂时间与角膜荧光染色等检查结果进行分析比较显示,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对研究组中其左眼与右眼的基础泪液分泌、泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光染色与泪河线高度等检查结果分析比较显示,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),表明患者左右眼各项指标均存有相关性。结论过敏性结膜炎泪膜发生改变和角膜上皮的受损情况存有密切的关系,其中炎性介质是造成过敏性结膜炎患者泪膜改变,引发干眼症的主要原因。
Objective to study and analyze relationship between tear film changes of allergic conjunctivitis and dry eye syndrome. Methods choose 62 cases allergic conjunctivitis patients treated in our hospital(defined as study group), and 62 cases healthy subjects for checkup in our hospital at the same time(defined as control group). All cased received Basal tear secretion test, tear film breakup time, corneal fluorescence staining and lacrimal river height test, observe and analyze test results of between two groups. Results after examination of all subjects, analysis and comparison of tear film breakup time, corneal fluorescein staining test results between groups showed, difference had statistical significance(P<0.05); Basal tear secretion, tear film breakup time, corneal fluorescence staining and lacrimal river height test results of left and right eye in study group showed difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05), and indexes of patient's left and right eyes had correlation. Conclusion tear film changes of allergic conjunctivitis has close relationship with corneal epithelial damage, and inflammatory mediators are main reasons of tear film changes and dry eye of allergic conjunctivitis patients.
