摘要
目的分析微量白蛋白检验在诊断肾小球疾病方面的作用。方法在我院2013年1月-2016年12月期间收治的糖尿病肾病患者中随机抽取40例作为分析组,并在同一时间体检的健康群体中随机抽取40例作为对照组。对两组均进行微量白蛋白检验,比较两组之间尿微量白蛋白含量和阳性率情况,并分析尿微量白蛋白和病程存在的联系。结果分析组的尿微量白蛋白含量高于对照组,组间数据有较大差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组患者中13年以上病史患者尿微量白蛋白含量和阳性率均高于6-12年和0-6年病史的患者,组间数据有较大差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微量白蛋白检验在诊断肾小球急病方面有重要意义,有利于疾病的临床诊断、疾病监测、疾病发展情况和预后等,可广泛运用。
Objective To analyze the role of albumin in the diagnosis of glomerular diseases. Methods In our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 treated diabetic nephropathy patients, randomly selected 40 cases as the analysis group,At the same time, 40 healthy subjects were randomly selected as the control group. The two groups were examined by micro albumin, the content of urinary microalbumin and positive rate between the two groups were compared,the relation between microalbuminuria and the course of disease was analyzed. Results The urinary albumin group was higher than that in control group, groups of data are quite different, with statistical significance(P<0.05); analysis of albumin content in patients with more than 13 years of history and positive rate of urinary 6-12 and 0-6 were higher in patients with a history of several groups, according to difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Albumin test has important significance in the diagnosis of glomerular illness, to disease diagnosis, disease monitoring, disease development and prognosis, and can be widely used.
