摘要
目的探究在新生儿护理中应用静脉留置针的效果。方法选取我院需要采取静脉留置针措施的新生儿患儿进行分组护理,两组患儿除留置针位置及护理方式不同外,其余条件并无差异。结果在腋下部位进行穿刺的患儿的治疗效果要更好一些,且大大降低了并发症的发生几率。结论新生儿是一个尤为特殊的群体,因此无论进行何种操作都需要尤为注意,在为新生儿建立静脉留置针时应选取合适位置并配合相应的护理措施,将对新生儿皮肤的损害降到最低。
Objective To explore the application of venous indwelling needle in the neonatal care effect. Methods The hospital needs to take venous indwelling needle measures of neonatal care group, the two groups except the indwelling needle position and different nursing methods, the differences of other conditions. Results The children who had been punctured at the axilla were better treated, and the incidence of complications was greatly reduced. Conclusion The newborn is a very special group, so no matter what kind of operation needs to pay attention to particularly in the newborn, establishing venous indwelling needle should select the appropriate location and nursing measures, will minimize the damage to the skin of the newborn.
