摘要
目的分析静脉留置针应用于新生儿护理干预中的实用性及安全性。方法选取我院2016年3月—2017年3月收治的80例新生儿按照随机抽签法分为实验组(40例,护理干预中采用静脉留置针)和对照组(40例,护理干预中采用常规静脉注射),对比两组新生儿一次性穿刺成功率以及并发症发生率。结果实验组新生儿一次性穿刺成功率(97.5%)显著高于对照组(82.5%),实验组新生儿并发症发生率(7.5%)显著低于对照组(20%)。结论新生儿护理干预中采用静脉留置针具有较高的实用性、安全性,可有效提高一次性穿刺成功率,减轻对新生儿血管的损伤。
Objective To analyze the practicability and safety of the application of venous indwelling needle in the nursing intervention of newborns. Methods 80 cases of newborns in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into experiment group（40 cases, nursing intervention in the venous indwelling needle and the control group（40 cases, nursing intervention in conventional intravenous injection）,incidence rate was compared between the two groups of neonatal onetime puncture success rate and complications. Results The success rate of one-time puncture in the experimental group（97.5%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（82.5%）, and the incidence of neonatal complications in the experimental group（7.5%） was significantly lower than that in the control group（20%）. Conclusion The use of intravenous indwelling needle in neonatal nursing intervention is highly practical and safe, which can effectively improve the success rate of one-time puncture and reduce the damage to neonatal blood vessels.
