摘要
目的探讨子宫输卵管造影与介入再通术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床价值。方法回顾性分析我院于2013年4月至2016年4月间收治的240例输卵管阻塞性不孕患者临床资料。结果本次研究中240例输卵管阻塞性不孕患者中221条输卵管完全梗阻,103条输卵管部分梗阻。完全梗阻造影表现:造影剂突然中断,盆腔内未见造影剂扩散,积水的输卵管内造影剂呈油滴状;部分梗阻造影表现:输卵管狭窄部管腔变大,且大小不均匀,可见粟粒状高透明度影,造影剂有少量进入盆腔。本次研究中240例输卵管阻塞性不孕患者中324条输卵管完全梗阻或部分梗阻。其中271输卵管造影插管成功,插管成功率为83.64%。263条输卵管再通成功,再通率为81.17%。结论采用子宫输卵管造影与介入再通术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕,对患者创伤小、安全性高,可准确定位病灶,再通率高,具有较高的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of the treatment of fallopian tube obstruction infertility with fallopian tube radiography and interventional therapy. Methods The clinical data of 240 patients with fallopian tube obstruction in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results In this study, 240 fallopian tube obstructive infertility patients with 221 fallopian tubes completely obstructed,103 partial obstruction of fallopian tube.Total obstruction radiography:A sudden interruption of the contrast medium,There was no contrast medium diffusion in pelvic cavity,In the hydrosalpinx, the contrast medium is dripping; Partial obstruction radiography:The lumen of the fallopian tube is enlarged,And the size is uneven, Visible high transparency of millet shadow,A small amount of contrast material enters the pelvic cavity.In this study, 324 of the 240 fallopian tube obstructive infertility patients had complete or partial obstruction of the fallopian tube.271 of them were successfully intubated,The successful rate of intubation was 83.64%.263 fallopian tubes recanalization successfully,The recanalization rate was 97.04%. Conclusion The treatment of fallopian tube obstruction infertility with fallopian tube radiography and interventional therapy is less invasive and safe. It can accurately locate the lesion, and has high rate of recanalization, which is of high clinical value.
