摘要
基于环境激励的试验模态分析方法对高精度随动数控磨床进行测试与分析,并以自互功率谱法为理论依据识别系统结构的模态参数。研究了整机和砂轮架的动态特性,分别得到其前5阶模态参数。通过对整机和砂轮架各阶模态振型的分析,找到了结构的薄弱环节,为同类型磨床的持续改进提供依据。
The experimental modal analysis of high precision servo CNC camshaft grinding was based on ambient excitation. The mode parameters of structures were obtained by auto power spectrum and cross power spectrum. Dynamic characteristics of the grinder and grinding carriage were studied, and their first five order modal parameters were obtained respectively. Through analysis of the mode shape of grinder and grinding carriage, the grinder’s weak parts are found and it provided the basis for the continuous improvement of the same type grinder.
