摘要
文章基于吉村允孝法,将螺钉结合面面压分布规律、相关理论与试验相结合,进行某新构型卧式加工中心螺钉连接结合部刚度等效处理分析与研究,以提高整机动力学计算精度。利用有限元法分析了预紧力-结合面压力分布的作用关系,并建立了应力分布曲线;考虑到连接结构中垫片的影响,进一步提出了带垫片结构的螺栓连接结合面刚度计算模型。最后将结合面刚度法向、切向等效参数代入有限元模型进行计算,并与机床模态测试数据进行比较,以证明该刚度等效模型及方法的合理性及准确性。
The equivalent of bolt joint stiffness of a newstructure horizontal machining center is based on the method proposed by Yoshimura M,combined with the distribution of surface pressure,in order to improve the accuracy of the whole machining dynamic calculation. Through the relation about preload-surface pressuredistribution based on the FEM,it is establishedabout the curve of stress distribution. In this process,considering the effect of the washers between the connections,the calculation model ofbolt joint stiffness with washers is proposed. Finally,the equivalent parameters of normal and tangential stiffnessare put into the FEM,and it is proved that the method above and the equivalent modelof bolt joint stiffness is reasonableness and accuracy by comparing the modes in the simulation with the experiment.
