摘要
针对某型号加工中心整机有限元建模和动态特性分析,提出应用柔性连接单元来模拟结合部接触面间的相互作用,基于结合部的基础动态特性参数计算柔性连接单元的动态参数值,从而建立机床固定结合部的有限元模型,并将其应用于机床整机的模态分析。最后对该机床的整机进行模态测试实验,对比研究仿真结果和测试实验结果。结果证明机床固定结合部有限元模型具有较高的有效性和实用性,为机床整机特性的优化设计和表征提供一种简便有效的建模方法。
Aiming at the modeling and analysis of global dynamical properties of one machining center using the finite element method ( FEM), the flexible connecting dement was proposed to model the interaction at unit joint surface~ According with the founda- tional dynamical parameters of unit joint, the dynamic parameter of the flexible connection element was computed. Then, the finite ele- ment model of the fixed unit joint of machine tools was established to analyze the global mode of the machine tool. Finally experiments were performed to obtain the global mode of the machine tool and to be compared with the simulation results. Result shows that the pro- posed finite element model is effective and practicable to model the fixed unit joint of machine tools, which provides a simple and effec- tive modeling method for the optimum design and characterization of the machine tool.
