摘要
目的探讨茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法从2011年1月-2012年2月我院儿科收治的新生儿黄疸患儿中取216例日龄【28天,均符合病理性黄疸诊断标准。随机分为两组,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用茵栀黄口服液3ml,3次/日。结果治疗组疗效及疗程优于对照组。结论茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸疗效显着、疗程缩短,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the Yinzhihuang oral liquid in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods 216 cases from 2011 January to 2012 February with neonatal jaundice in my courtyard department of pediatrics hospital,age <28 days,are consistent with the pathological jaundice diagnosis standard.Were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group was treated with routine therapy combined with Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid 3ml,3 times /day.Results The treatment group is superior to control group and treatment efficacy.Conclusion Yinzhihuang oral liquid in the treatment of neonatal jaundice,treatment efficacy significantly shortened,worth popularizing.
