摘要
目的探讨金茵泡剂药泳加穴敷对新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法将本院2010-06~2013-10新生儿黄疸病例300例,随机分组为金茵泡剂药泳组、金茵泡剂药泳＋穴敷组、水疗＋穴敷组、水疗组4组。观察记录4组新生儿的黄疸指数测定、胎粪转黄时间、开始退黄时间、完全退黄时间及高胆红素血症发生率。结果金茵泡剂药泳＋穴敷组、金茵泡剂药泳组各项观察指标均较水疗＋穴敷组、水疗组改善明显,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论金茵泡剂药泳加穴敷有助于新生儿生理性黄疸的消退和降低新生儿病理性黄疸的发生,具有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jinyin foaming agent medicine swimming ＋ acupoint application in neonatal jaundice. Methods Three hundred cases of neonatal jaundice in the hospital from June 2010-October 2013 were randomly divided into 4 groups： Jinyin foaming agent medicine swimming group, Jinyin foaming agent medicine swimming ＋ acupoint application group, Spa＋acupoint application group and Spa group. Observed and record these 4 groups of neonatal jaundice index determination, meconium turning yellow time, retreating yellow time, fully removing jaundice time and the incidence of hyperbilirubinemia.Results The observation indexes of patients in the Jinyin foaming agent medicine swimming ＋ acupoint application group and Jinyin foaming agent medicine swimming group were improved more significantly than that of spa, spa ＋ acupoint application group, which had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Jinyin foaming agent medicine swimming ＋ acupoint application has better clinical application value to subside neonatal physiological jaundice and reduce the occurrence of the newborn pathological jaundice.
