摘要
目的对1982例在我院进行产前检查的孕妇进行TORCH筛查情况分析。方法郑州安图绿科生物工程有限公司生产的酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测。结果 1982例血清标本检测TORCH的特异性抗体IgM抗体,总阳性率为3.02%,阳性率最高的为CMVIgM,阳性率最低为RVIgM。结论本地区TORCH感染率较高,要加强孕妇的TORCH检查,减少宫内感染的发生,提高优生优育。
Objective On 1982 cases in our hospital for prenatal screening of pregnant women for TORCH screening analysis.Methods Zhengzhou Antu Branch Green Biological Engineering Company Limited production of the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) detection.Results 1982 cases of serum samples for detection of specific TORCH antibody against IgM,the total positive rate was 3.02%,the positive rate was the highest for the CMV IgM,was the lowest for the RV IgM.Conclusion The local TORCH infection rate is higher,need to strengthen maternal TORCH examination,intrauterine infection,improve prenatal and postnatal care.
