摘要
目的探讨孟鲁司特对轻中度儿童哮喘治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院在2007-2009年收治的48例轻中度儿童哮喘患儿,年龄在3-10岁之间,将48例患者随机分为两组,其中观察组患儿28例,对照组患儿20例,两组患者首先都进行综合性治疗,并给予喘乐宁气雾剂、氟替卡松气雾剂吸入,观察组患者在此治疗基础上再加入孟鲁司特治疗,每晚1次,口服。对于两组患儿的各种症状和体征进行观察。结果两组患儿经过治疗,病情都得到了一定程度的缓和,其中观察组28例患儿显效20例,有效6例,无效2例;对照组20例患儿显效7例,有效9例,无效4例,两组患儿的治疗效果对比,差异显著,有统计学意义。结论在给予轻中度哮喘患儿进行常规治疗的基础上再加入孟鲁司特治疗,对患儿的治疗效果显著,其病情有较大程度的改善,因此,采用孟鲁司特治疗轻中度儿童哮喘值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the Montelukast for mild-moderate donor the clinical effect of childhood asthma treatment.Methods The 2007-2009 in our hospital were 48 cases mild-moderate donor children asthma children aged 3 to 10 years old between 48 cases were randomly divided into two groups,including the observation group of children of the 28 cases and compare 20 cases of children,two groups of patients first comprehensive treatment,and to give ChuanLeNing aerosol,continued fluticasone aerosol inhalation,observation groups of patients in this treatment on the basis of add Montelukast ’s treatment,oral.The two groups of children for various symptoms and signs for observation.Results Two groups of children after treatment,conditions are obtained a degree of ease,of which the observation group 28 cases 20 cases got,effective 6 cases effectiveness and 2 cases and control 20 cases 7 cases,effective 9 cases effectiveness and 4 cases,two groups of children the treatment effect of the contrast,significant difference,with a statistical significance.Conclusion To asthma in children mild-moderate donor routine therapy to join LuSi based on mon,treatment,the patient’s treatment effect is remarkable,its illness has a larger degree of improvement,therefore,the LuSi meng’s childhood asthma treatment mild-moderate donor is worth clinical application.
