摘要
中国社会政策的有序推进需要不断借鉴周边国家的发展经验,而对东亚福利体制的反思是经验比较研究的首选。利用文献研究方法,本研究对SSCI和CSSCI期刊中119篇有关东亚福利体制的论文进行了系统的梳理,并希望为中国后续的研究提供方向性指导。研究发现,目前东亚福利体制研究的中西方差异虽然明显,但是其研究切入点均主要以存在性议题、典型特征议题和未来趋势议题为主。从其具体论域来看,存在性议题的学术争议最为严重,未来趋势议题的共识与争议较为均衡,典型特征的研究则以理论共识为主,且三者均表现出共识与争议相互交融的学术研究状态。研究建议,未来有关东亚福利体制的研究应当在构建专门性指标、建立统一数据库和强化学术交流方面做出更大的努力。
The promotion of China’s Social Policy needs to learn development experiences from neighborhood countries,and rethinking the East Asian welfare regime is our first choice.In this study,119 SSCI and CSSCI papers referring to East Asian welfare regime are systematically analyzed through literature research methods,hoping to provide future direction for the follow-up study.The study finds that although current researches about the East Asian welfare regime are significantly different between Eastern academia and Western world,our theoretical disputes are mainly covering existent issue,characteristics issue and future-trends issue.From the specific contents fields,the most serious academic controversy is the existent issue,future-trends issue is the most balanced one in its consensus and controversy,characteristics issue reflects more theoretical consensus,of course,three aspects show an academic status that consensus interacting with controversy.This research suggests that future studies of East Asian welfare regime should enhance fitness of evaluating indexes,establish a unified database and make greater efforts to academic communication.
