摘要
北京协和医院为改善患者就医体验,通过优化患者就诊流程,探索使用身份证替代就诊卡的就医模式,对医院18个信息系统、44个就诊环节进行改造。实现了患者注册建档、挂号、报到、就诊等12个流程点的身份证一证通行,取得了显著成效。并在总结已有成效、实践难点和解决方案的基础上,指出了下一步的发展方向。
In order to promote patient experience,by reconstructing visiting process,18 information system and44 process points have been changed to get ID card replace hospital visiting card.ID card can be identified in 12 processes such as registration,report and visit a doctor in Peking Union Medical College Hospital.The effectiveness,difficulties in implementation and solution have been summarized and development for future has also discussed.
