专科护士通过微信公众平台,建立与患者之间的新型沟通桥梁,利用自己的专业理论知识为患者提供专科护理,并接受咨询等。研究表明,该措施能有效提升医院品质、为患者提供便捷服务、缩短与患者之间距离,同时也拓展了专科护士的内涵、提升专科护士的价值。
By WeChat public platform, it shapes a new communication channel between special nurse and the patient. The special nurse can provide special nursing care and health consultation for patients. It shows that the new platform can effectively improve hospital quality, shorten the gap between nurses and the patients and give convenience care. It also helps promoting the inherence and the value of special nurses.
