糖尿病患者的人性化护理服务研究

摘要 目的:探讨人性化护理在糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:收治糖尿病患者50例,将所有患者分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用人性化护理,对两组患者护理后的血糖控制水平、护理满意度进行比较。结果:试验组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意率76%明显高于对照组的28%(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理能够有效改善患者血糖控制水平,提升患者护理满意度。 Objective:To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in patients with diabetes.Methods:50 patients with diabetes were selected.All patients were divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional nursing.The experimental group was given humanized nursing.The blood glucose control level and nursing satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared after nursing.Results:The improvements of fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 hours blood glucose level in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate(76%) of the experimental group was significantly higher than 28% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing can effectively improve the blood glucose control level of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
