摘要
氧化应激被认为是衰老和疾病的重要原因,因此对抗氧化应激损伤的研究广泛而深入。植物雌激素种类繁多、不良反应较小,具有合成雌激素不可替代的优点。本文按照植物雌激素的化学结构进行分类,阐述了其在抗氧化应激损伤方面的实验研究进展,为深入研究植物雌激素的作用机制和分子路径提供依据,为临床治疗提供理论基础。
Oxidative stress is considered to be an important cause of aging and multiple diseases,studies associated with antioxidative stress have drawn extensive and intensive attention. Phytoestrogens have high varieties and few side effects compared with synthetic estrogens. This paper reviewed phytoestrogens according to the chemical structure and the experimental research progress in antioxidative stress injury,providing a basis for further research on the mechanisms and molecular pathways of them and expounding a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
