摘要
蜂毒溶血肽亦称蜂毒肽(melittin),是蜜蜂毒液的主要成分。melittin具有高度的药理学和生物学活性。本文系统的归纳了melittin的分子结构和性质,以及其在抗菌、抗炎、抗辐射、抗肿瘤、抗HIV等多方面的药理作用及其机制的研究现状。并简要的阐述了melittin的研究应用与展望。为今后更全面深入的研究melittin提供理论依据。
The bee venom hemolytic peptide which is also called melittin,is the major component of bee venom.Melittin has highly pharmacological and biological activities.This article systematically summarizes melittin's molecular structure and property,its antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-radiation,antitumor,anti-HIV and other aspects in the current research of its pharmacological effect and mechanism.It also illuminates the application and prospect of melittin briefly.This article provides some useful theoretical basis for comprehensive and deep-going research melittin in the future.
