Formation mechanism of pitting defect on surface of high strength galvanized sheet

摘要 针对高强镀锌板表面发麻缺陷问题,从全流程分析角度,探讨引起此缺陷的根本原因。利用扫描电镜分析发现,发麻原因在于锌层表面厚度不均匀、粗糙度差异明显以及镀锌板表面存在较多的表层裂纹。跟踪分析发现该表层裂纹主要产生在冷轧工序,结合钢种的热轧微观组织特点,提出形成表层裂纹的机理在于热轧钢板在轧制过程中抗开裂能力较弱,导致冷轧过程中钢板表面形成10μm的表层裂纹。结合CCT曲线的模拟分析发现,控制热轧钢板表层微观组织状态可以明显抑制高强镀锌板表面发麻缺陷的产生。 In view of the pitting defect on the surface of high strength galvanized sheet,the root cause of this defect from the perspective of the whole process analysis was discussed.Using the scanning electron microscope analysis,it was found that the thickness of the zinc layer on the galvanized sheet was not uniform,the surface roughness was different to a great extent and there were many surface cracks on the surface of the galvanized sheet.Tracking analysis found that the surface cracks were mainly generated in the cold rolling process.Combining with the microstructural characteristics of hot rolled plate,the mechanism of pitting defect was that the surface cracking resistance of the sheet during the rolling process was low,resulting in the formation of 10μm depth surface cracks on the surface of cold rolled sheet.According to the simulation analysis of CCT curve,it was found that controlling the surface microstructure of the hot-rolled steel sheet could significantly inhibit the occurrence of pitting defects on the surface of high strength galvanized sheet.
