摘要
分析了钢铁制造流程智能制造和智能设计的主要内容。钢铁制造流程智能制造包括智能化流程设计、智能化流程生产运行、智能化流程管理、智能化流程供应链和智能化流程服务体系。钢铁制造流程智能设计包括基础科学研究,采用CAE三维仿真设计分析计算技术;技术科学研究,采用机械三维仿真设计技术;工程科学研究,采用数字化三维仿真工厂设计技术。实现钢铁制造流程智能制造,智能设计既是智能制造的关键环节,又发挥着先导和引领作用,没有先进的智能设计,很难有先进的智能制造,必须高度重视钢铁制造流程智能设计的作用和意义,智能设计的先进程度决定着智能制造的先进水平与未来。
The main content of intelligent manufacturing and intelligent design on iron and steel manufacturing process are analyzed.The intelligent manufacturing of iron and steel manufacturing process includes the intelligent process design,the intelligent process production and operation,the intelligent process management,the intelligent process supply chain,the intelligent process service system.The intelligent design of iron and steel manufacturing process includes the basic scientific research,adopting CAE three-dimensional simulation design analysis and computing technology,the technical science research,adopting mechanical engineering three-dimensional simulation design technique,the engineering science research,adopting digitization three-dimensional simulation plant layout technique.Realizing the intelligent manufacturing of iron and steel manufacturing process,the intelligent design is not only a key link of intelligent manufacturing,but also plays a leading role.Without advanced intelligent design,it is difficult to have advanced intelligent manufacturing,and it is necessary to attach great importance to the intelligent design of iron and steel manufacturing process.The advanced degree of intelligent design determines the advanced level and future of intelligent manufacturing.
