智能制造可以提高企业的生产运行效率和产品质量稳定性,是实现核心业务的集约化和标准化、生产经营精准高效和对市场快速反应的重要手段。河钢集团唐钢公司以物联网、云计算、大数据等新一代信息技术与先进制造技术的深度融合为基本路径,构建了集智能装备、智能工厂、智能互联于一体的智能制造体系。介绍了智能制造一体化总体构架,从铁-钢生产界面动态协同、产销管理深度集成、仓储-物流智慧运输集成、质量设计-生产一贯制应用集成、能源-环保工厂智能管控5个方面详细阐述了系统集成情况。唐钢示范工厂的成功实践为国内钢铁行业智能制造积累了丰富的经验。
Intelligent manufacturing can improve the production operation efficiency and product quality stability of enterprises and is an important means to achieve the intensification and standardization of core business,accurate and efficient production and operation,and rapid response to the market.HBIS Group Tangsteel takes the deep integration of new generation information technology such as Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data and advanced manufacturing technology as the basic path and has built an intelligent manufacturing system integrating intelligent equipment,intelligent factory and intelligent interconnection.The overall framework of intelligent manufacturing integration was introduced,and the system integration was elaborated from five aspects:dynamic collaboration of iron-steel production interface,deep integration of production and marketing management,intelligent transportation integration of warehousing-logistics,integration of quality design-production consistent application,and intelligent management and control of energy-environmental protection factories.The successful practice of HBIS Group Tangsteel demonstration plant has accumulated rich experience for intelligent manufacturing in the domestic steel industry.
