摘要
目的探讨多元化健康教育对慢性牙周炎患者口腔保健自我效能和口腔健康的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月在吉林大学口腔医院就诊的120例慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象,并根据就诊日期单双号分为观察组和对照组(每组60例)。其中对照组患者实施常规健康教育模式,观察组在常规教育模式的基础上实施多元化健康教育模式。比较两组患者干预前后口腔保健自我效能、口腔健康生活质量、口腔健康行为及干预后的满意度。结果干预前两组患者口腔自我保健效能、口腔健康生活质量、口腔健康行为各维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后观察组口腔自我保健效能三个维度得分定期口腔就诊(19.58±3.01)分、正确刷牙(17.87±3.11)分、平衡饮食(16.52±2.58)分,均高于对照组(18.23±2.87)分、(16.21±2.89)分、(15.14±2.44)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组口腔健康生活质量四个维度得分口腔生理功能(6.11±1.02)分、疼痛与不适(6.55±1.25)分、心理功能(10.47±1.62)分、行为影响(3.44±0.9)分,均低于对照组(7.89±1.25)分、(7.91±1.36)分、(12.46±1.85)分、(4.69±1.01)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组患者口腔健康行为得分(6.14±0.34)分,高于对照组(4.55±0.86)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组患者满意度93.33%,高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性牙周炎患者应用多元化健康教育能够明显提高患者的口腔保健自我效能,改善患者生活质量,并建立良好的口腔健康行为,提高就诊患者满意度。
Objective To illustrate the effect of diversified health education on oral health self-efficacy for oral health self-care and oral health of patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods 120 outpatients with chronic periodontitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects and evenly divided into observation group and control group according to the date of dental visit.Patients in the control group only received routine health education,while those in the observation group also received diversified health education.The self-efficacy for oral health self-care,oral health on quality of life,oral health behavior and satisfaction before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the scores of self-efficacy for oral health self-care,oral health on quality of life,oral health behavior and satisfaction between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).While after the intervention,the scores of three SESS dimensions as regular dental visits,proper teeth brushing,and balanced diet were significantly higher in observation group than those in the control group(19.58±3.01 vs 18.23±2.87;17.87±3.11 vs 16.21±2.89;16.52±2.58 vs 15.14±2.44;P<0.05),while the scores of 4 dimensions of oral health on quality of life as oral physiological function,pain and discomfort,psychological function and behavioral impact were significantly lower(6.11±1.02 vs 7.89±1.25;6.55±1.25 vs 7.91±1.36;10.47±1.62 vs 12.46±1.85;3.44±0.9 vs 4.69±1.01;(P<0.05).After the intervention,the score of oral health behavior and satisfaction rate were both higher in the observation group than that in the control group(6.14±0.34 vs 4.55±0.86;93.33%vs 80.00%,),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of diversified health education in patients with chronic periodontitis can significantly improve the self-efficacy for oral health self-care,the quality of life of patients and signific
