摘要 为改进实验室卷烟物理测量不确定度的评定工作,探索稳健统计-迭代法评定卷烟物理测量不确定度的可行性,本研究利用实验室积累的质控数据,分别采用"bottom-up"法和稳健统计-迭代法对卷烟物理中质量、圆周、吸阻、硬度的测量不确定度进行评定。结果表明:利用稳健统计-迭代法计算的卷烟质量、圆周、吸阻和硬度的扩展不确定度分别为0.010 g、0.04 mm、28.0 Pa和5.3%,利用"bottom-up"法的计算结果为0.012 g、0.04 mm、32.0 Pa和6.8%。稳健统计-迭代法反映了实验室较长时间内的检测水平,而且评定过程简单方便,体现了该方法的优势。 In order to improve evaluation of uncertainty in measurement of physical characters of cigarettes, and to explore feasibility of uncertainty evaluation by Robust Statistics-Iterative method, laboratory quality control data were used to assess uncertainty in measurement of weight, circumference, draw resistance, hardness of cigarettes. Results showed that: uncertainty for weight, circumference, draw resistance and hardness by Robust Statistics-Iterative method were 0.010 g, 0.04 mm, 28.0Pa and 5.3%. Uncertainty in measurement of weight, circumference, draw resistance and hardness by bottom-up method were 0.012 g, 0.04 mm, 32.0Pa and 6.8%. The result by Robust Statistics-Iterative method reflected long-term detecting level of a laboratory, showing the convenience of this method.
