摘要
目的了解医院普外科住院患者手术部位感染与相关危险因素,为普外科医院感染预防控制提供依据。方法通过回顾性分析方法,对某医院普外科2017年度9 872例手术患者切口感染率进行调查,并分析相关危险因素。结果在该医院普外科9 872例手术患者中,共发生手术切口感染105例,感染率为1. 06%。经Logistic非条件回归分析结果显示,患者年龄≥60岁、BMI≥24、急诊手术、手术切口长度≥10 cm、手术Ⅲ类切口等因素是普外科手术切口感染的主要独立因素。结论普外科患者手术部位感染有多种因素影响,可根据分析结果制定相应防控措施。
Objective To understand the surgical site infection and related risk factors in general surgery patients,and to provide evidence for prevention and control of hospital infection of general surgery.Methods Retrospective analysis was used to investigate the infection rate of 9 872 surgical patients in general surgery from a hospital in 2017,and the related risk factors were analyzed.Results A total of 105 cases of incision infection occurred in 9 872 cases of surgical patients from general surgery in this hospital,and the infection rate was 1.06%.Logistic unconditional regression analysis showed that patients with age≥60 years,BMI≥24,emergency surgery,length of surgical incision≥10 cm,surgical incision of type III were the main independent factors in incision infection of general surgery.Conclusion There are many factors affecting the surgical site infection of general surgery patients.Corresponding prevention and control measures can be developed according to the analysis results.
